Dr hab. Piotr Chruszczewski, Profesor WSF

After earlier work in discourse studies, textlinguistics and pragmatics, his research focused on cross-cultural communication and anthropological linguistics. His publications include The Communicational Grammar of Political Discourse (Berlin, 2002); American Presidential Discourse. An Analysis (Berlin, 2003); Cultural Patterns in Discursive Practices of Scandinavian Speech Communities in the Viking Age (Kraków, 2006). He is coeditor (with Tomasz P. Górski and Michał Garcarz) of At the Crossroads of Linguistics Sciences (Kraków, 2006).
