The Philological School of Higher Education in cooperation with The City Museum „Gerhart Hauptmann’s House” in Jelenia Góra held a conference entitled: "Consultant Assembly for Discussing the Idea of Urban Discourse in Semiotic Terms II" on May 23rd 2009. The venue of the meeting was “Paulinum Palace”. THE SECOND MEETING of Convenors and Participants of the Roundtable “Unfolding the Semiotic Web in Urban Discourse” was organized for discussing the arrangement of thematic presentations at the 10th World Congress of Semiotics, La Coruña, Spain, September 22–26, 2009: Culture of Communication, Communication of Culture.
