Documents - The MA program
Candidates applying to the WSF MA program in Wrocław are asked to submit the following documents:
- Application form for graduate studies (download -> DOC/ZIP/PDF)
- Maturity certificate (original or copy)
- Certified copy of a higher degree (English philology, German philology, English language, German language, applied linguistics) or a copy of the original diploma (certified on location by WSF)
- Certified copy o a supplement to the diploma (part B of diploma) or a copy of the original (certified on location by WSF), if the diploma was issued after January 1, 2005
- A valid medical certificate confirming no contraindication for the prospective student to undertake studies and, in case of the teaching specialization, no contraindications for undertaking the teaching specialization (download -> DOC/PDF)
- four photographs in accordance with the requirements proper to ID cards (dowód osobisty) (35x45 mm, color or black and white, presenting the person with no headwear, no sunglasses, the face should be evenly illuminated, slightly turned left so that the left ear is fully visible
- a copy of the pages of the ID card (with photograph, number of ID card, place of residence) or another document certifying the identity of the candidate.
The office is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
