Set of enrollment documents
We ask candidates applying to The Philological School of Higher Education (WSF) to submit the complete set of enrollment documents, as listed below, in the WSF building no later than three days before the chosen entrance exam date:

• maturity certificate (original or copy),
• application form (download --> DOC/ZIP/PDF),
• a valid medical certificate stating that there are no medical reasons why the student cannot undertake studies (download --> DOC/PDF),
• four photographs in accordance with the requirements proper to ID cards (dowód osobisty) (35x45 mm, color or black and white, presenting the person with no headwear, no sunglasses, the face should be evenly illuminated, slightly turned left so that the left ear is fully visible,
• copies of the following pages from an identity card (#1, 2, 3, and the page with the current place of residence),
• proof of payment for the entrance examination (50zł) to the WSF bank account: Raiffeisen Bank Oddział we Wrocławiu, 23 1750 1064 0000 0000 0856 4167.

Candidates applying to be exempt from the entrance examination are asked to submit the necessary documentation certifying their right to be exempt from the exam.

The office is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
