Description: The board game, developed jointly in the project international team, will be aimed at shaping and developing skills and competencies for the modern, innovative and multinational labor market, such as: creative thinking, communication skills, intercultural awareness and cooperative skills. The game will be used during the classes. The students will play in teams both competing with other teams and cooperating within their own teams. The game will moreover an intercultural character: it will combine elements typical of the cultures of the countries participating in the project. The game will thus facilitate communication, pragmatic and logical thinking, as well as development of planning skills.
The game will be jointly developed by teachers and lecturers representing such fields as humanities, the arts and social sciences. Thus, will include an altogether varied perspectives different from the business games already introduced to the higher education teaching and learning environment. The fact that the game is created by a multidisciplinary and multinational team, gives an opportunity to implement the game in varied classroom environments, various fields and study programs, such us for example languages, arts, social sciences, natural sciences, business and economy and many more.
