Dear Candidate,

Welcome to the On-line Application System. The system was created to help you apply to WSF and to assist you along the admission process. We are pleased that you want to become a member of WSF academic community.

Application to WSF step by step:

Please, follow the procedures and steps described below

  1. Fill in the on-line application form with your personal data. The data must be valid and correspond with the data indicated in your ID or Passport.
  2. Select the language program and mode of study.
  3. As soon as you finish filling in the form, check the data as well as your choices and click “Submit”.
  4. Within a week, WSF Admissions Board will contact you and assist you through the admissions process. However, if the time of no reply from WSF exceeds one week, please fill in the on-line form once again.
  5. On the basis of the documents described below, WSF Admissions Board will preliminary decide upon your enrollment. However, you will be officially enrolled, only after you submit original documents described above to WSF, sign the agreement and pay tuition fees.

The documents you have to submit to WSF via electronic mail (scanned documents) or send by a registered mail (photocopies of the documents) are as follows:

  • FOR BA PROGRAMS

    • secondary school leaving certificate with legalization (authentication usually in the form of a seal given by a Polish Consulate in the country of the certificate issuance) or with an apostille (issued by designated authorities in the countries which signed Hague Convention, Journal of Laws No. 112 of 24 June 2005, item 983; EU Member States (except of Denmark), USA, Israel, Russia are signatories of the Hague Convention)
    • certified translation into the Polish language of the certificate together with its legalization (plus its certified translation, if not in Polish) or apostille
    • if the country where the certificate was issued is not a signatory of Prague Convention, recognition (nostrification) of the certificate made by the Education Office (Kuratorium Oświaty) respectively for the residence place of the person applying for recognition and in case of the lack of such a place – the Education Office (Kuratorium Oświaty) respectively for the residence place of the institution in which the applicant intends to submit the certificate.       Please, note that the recognition process may take up to a few months. Then, WSF may accept the candidate on the basis of a certificate of commencement of recognition procedures issued by the Education Office (Kuratorium Oświaty). The recognition must be submitted to WSF by the student before the end of the first semester of studies. Otherwise, your WSF student status expires.
    • copy of valid visa or other document legally entitling to stay within the territory of the Republic of Poland (concerns the citizens of the countries which have no visa exemption agreement with Poland). If you do not have a visa yet, WSF will send you a preliminary enrolment decision so that you could apply for a visa
    • medical certificate allowing the candidate to study within the selected language program and mode of study. If issued abroad – medical certificate together with its certified translation into the Polish language
    • copy of health and accident insurance policy for the period of studying in Poland or European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or insurance certificate issued by the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ). The period of insurance must start no later than on the day the candidate begins studying. It has to be submitted to WSF forthwith the beginning of the academic year
  • FOR MA PROGRAMS

    • BA diploma with legalization (authentication usually in the form of a seal given by a Polish Consulate in the country of the diploma issuance) or with apostille (issued by designated authorities in the countries which signed Hague Convention, Journal of Laws No. 112 of 24 June 2005, item 983, EU Member States (except of Denmark), USA, Israel, Russia are signatories of the Hague Convention)
    • certified translation into the Polish language of the diploma together with its legalization (plus its certified translation, if not in Polish) or apostille
    • copy of valid visa or other document legally entitling to stay within the territory of the Republic of Poland (concerns the citizens of the countries which have no visa exemption agreement with Poland). If you do not have a visa yet, WSF will send you a preliminary enrolment decision so that you could apply for a visa
    • medical certificate allowing the candidate to study within the selected language program and mode of study. If issued abroad – medical certificate together with its certified translation into the Polish language
